As financial management is considered to be a key business element and can be integrated to the functions of all the elements in the primary value chain activities to provide support service. Hence, deeper insight into accounting techniques and principles is very essential in gaining critical reflections on the details of core processes and control-systems across functional units within businessesAdditionally, I am expected to conduct the auditing-process under supervision to practically implement the principles I will be learning on training
Thank you so much asif, i have a clearer idea of what an ideal answer requires. Update me on how your online test goes.
From what I gathered by reading comments by people far more knowledgeable than myself you don't need to write anything particularly amazing to pass the online application process, however since you've got a lot of time to do this, you may as well do it properly. Also some firms use some sort of automated checker though I'm not entirely sure how this works or whether KPMG use it.
Anyway the answers seem far better than the ones I gave. I was quite lazy at the time and wanted to hand it in quickly, I also noticed KPMG mentioned something about ATQ (answer the question) so I was quite short and concise.
Just as an additional point, I once spoke to an interviewer who carried out training for other interviewers mention that using words such as 'passionate' sounded a bit exaggerated. I doubt this matters but the bit about the 'challenging quest that tormented me' sounds a bit melodramatic in my opinion. Saying that, both sets of answers given were definitely written in a more impressive manner than mine.
I'll try and look for what I had written exactly later.
Thankx Terry1986, i have adjusted my answers so that they are to the point and removed the passionate bit as well.
No worries Blessed, as I said I think your answers are great! Just I'm bit of a critic so tend to point out every little thing.
