The WPP graduate scheme is called the WPP Marketing Fellowship (for graduates and MBAs). The programme aims to develop high-calibre management employees and provide experience across a range of marketing disciplines.
The Program is comprised of three one-year rotations through WPP's companies, with each rotation chosen on the basis of the individual's interests and the Group's needs.
Hey Nick, I've applied too. Most amazing scheme in marketing/advertising ever. Apparently Sorrell created it to compete with the Investment Banks as they kept poaching the best talent. Haven't had a rejection yet so fingers crossed! I went for a creative approach, trying to find as original an angle as possible. Hopefully not too 'out there'.
I like this idea of the Fellowship. I'd say that you should register to cpa programs because they can really help you with future campaigns and distribution, publicity. I think you should give it a shot.

Hello everyone,
I have just recently submitted my application to the marketing fellowship program at WPP.
The deadline is November 17th so I propose everyone who applied takes part in the following:

- how far did you make it? - what were you asked? - what were your impressions on the Company? - how would you describe the successful applicants? - what is the average timeline for them to get back to you with feedback on your interview? - any hints?- starting November 17th: why don't we all post the actual essay, or the way we approached/would have apporached them? I will post mine myself to get the ball rolling
this year's essays are:
