Graduate start at Spectrum Value Partners as
Business Analysts, which are effectively strategy consultants. During this scheme you will attend a number of formal skills development sessions including Excel, financial modelling and persuasive writing. You will have the opportunity to put these skills into practice as you work as a core consultant on project teams. You will also be coached on the job by more senior colleagues as you develop your skills of research, analysis and problem solving.
