Rust Alpha

The Rust Alpha Numerical Reasoning Appraisal (RANRA) is usually used as a companion test alongside the Watson Glaser critical thinking test. It is used specifically to assess the higher level numerical skills required of managers. The test assesses an individual's capacity for deduction, interpretation and evaluation. It is not a computational maths test, but an assessment of mathematical knowledge and real-life problem solving ability.
