Training Contract

Martineau Johnson recruit 12 trainee solicitors each September. Each trainee will experience six, four-month seats across the firm during their training contract. Trainees are recruited two years in advance of their start date. The closing date for training contract applications each year is 31 July.

Salary

Training Contract salaries at Martineau Johnson are: £21,000 (1st year) and £22,500 (2nd year).

Holiday

Trainees receive 25 days holiday each year.

Funding

College of Law post qualification training
