Research trends within the fashion and food markets to help you in the presentation and role play stages of the assessment centre.

How did it go? What sort of things did they ask? I have my telephone interview next week and I'm pretty nervous! I can't seem to find any of the competencies they look for anywhere on the web :s

I've got mine this week too.
Mathlete - I'm focusing at researching M&S and looking at competencies that might link into their core values.

I applied for the logistics grad scheme so it might be different for people applying for other schemes, but this is what they asked me:
Why do you want to work for M&S? What about the scheme appeals to you? etc
Then they had competency questions based on decision making, working in a team and response management.
