LEK Graduate Salary and Benefits

Graduate trainees receive a first year salary of between £33,000 and £37,000 and an additional signing on bonus of between £1,000 and £4,000.

Pay rises

Employees salaries are reconsidered twice a year. Pay rises are usually 10 - 15%.

There is also a company profit share in January each year. The profit share varies year by year depending on the performance of the company and is not guaranteed.

Holiday

All employees are entitles to a minimum of 25 days holiday per year.
