I have recently started working for Virgin Active on their Graduate Scheme. It is the first time Virgin Active have ever done a Graduate scheme so the eight graduates have been given the task of researching how other companies successfully deliver their graduate schemes. I have noticed that Jaguar Land Rover is a very successful Graduate Scheme so much so that they are in The Times top 100. If possible I would love to interview one of the current graduates on their experiences of being on the graduate scheme. If anybody would like to answer some questions about their experinces on Jaguar Land Rovers Graduate scheme it would really help me in my progression in my own graduate scheme and would also help Virgin Active to one day make their graduate scheme as successful as Jaguar land Rover.
