[Edit]WikiJob has been designed to let students and graduates communicate with their peers, to find out what careers, employers and interviews are really like. We are the first candidate focused graduate recruitment website and the largest job search community on the internet.
WikiJob is web 2.0; it's social media, disruptive media and of course, it's a wiki. We're a new type of website called "open source" - something that everyone can contribute to.
These days people are much choosier about how they engage with employers. People have become active participants rather than active consumers. WikiJob allows candidates to connect with each other and have conversations about companies (if you recruit graduates, this probably includes you!)
Conventional recruitment advertising doesn't work any more. To stand out from competitors, firms need to engage with their audience, build trust and relinquish control. WikiJob can help you do this.
