I applied for a customer service officer job with HSBC. After going through almost all the stages in the selection process, I just received an email saying that I have passed the face to face stage but the position has been filled so I have been placed in the talent pool. I just would want to know if this means I have been declined or not. because I will want to apply for the same position at a different location if this is possible. this so frustrating. please help because I truly will want to work for HSBC.
