To support our phenomenal growth, we have developed the Fast Track Management Programme to develop our future management.
During your 6 month training, you will work in a number of stores around the UK so key to your success will be your ability to be flexible and adaptable to your work location. You will be required to stay away from home during your training and, upon completion of your training, we will endeavour to place you in a store, within reasonable travel time, to suit your personal circumstances. A car allowance will be provided during your internship. Throughout your training, you will receive regular reviews on your progress and performance and have an identified development plan to work against. Your training will include training at/with:
- Head Office and Distribution
- Local Training Store
- Store Development Team
- Relief and Area Managers
- Working in Stores
Monthly reviews will take place with the Regional Manager. You will also spend considerable time assisting in the set-up and support of new stores.
During your 6 month contract, you should expect to take part in the set-up and support of 3-6 stores.
Person requirements
In order to take part in this programme, you do not need previous management or retail experience.
