What is the level of difficulty of the numerical and verbal reasoning tests?

I found them harder then SHL tests. But it is the same background: inflation, exchange rates, diagrams and so on. I failed all numerical tests last year I did, but this year I manage to pass all of them including this one. Its all about practise as they all ask about the same stuff. Especially with SHL as the same questions keeps coming up as I do SHL with different companies.
