The Graduate Talent Pool works by gathering a database of graduates and matching them with service providers looking to fill posts.

Hi. We’ve recently done some analysis on the Graduate Talent Pool if anyone’s interested. There’s a big skew towards marketing and most of the opportunities seem to be from relatively unknown companies and institutions based in England as opposed to across the UK.
