The interview and assessment process at Charles Russell is as follows:

Group Exercise
[Edit]Candidates will be asked to talk about current commercial awareness topics for 5-10 minutes. Then one person will be asked to summarise the thoughts of the group.
Role Play
[Edit]Candidates will be given a scenario and asked to say how they would deal with it. This will be a one-to-one exercise with one of your assessors. You will need to ask appropriate questions to find out specific information at the start of this exercise.
Interview
[Edit]The interview will be taken by a partner and a member of the HR team. Candidates should expect a mixture of questions, including competency based questions, commercial awareness questions and some quite off-the-wall questions.
