[Edit]The application process is in two stages. The first stage comprises of an interview with a Training Manager and written tests. This first stage takes approximately two and a half hours.
If you are successful after the first stage of the process, you will be invited to attend a second interview with a partner from the office or department you have expressed an interest in. This is the final stage of the recruitment procedure.
