Working at BDO Stoy Hayward

[Edit]

Salary

[Edit]

Graduates typically work a 35 hour week at BDO. Unlike many other firms, overtime is paid for.

Changing Departments

[Edit]

Throughout the graduate scheme BDO run a SEAT programme that allows graduates to work in different areas of the business for about a month at a time. This allows them to find out about different areas of the business, that they may eventually prefer to move to work within.

International Recruitment

[Edit]

BDO welcomes graduate applications from Non EU candidates who require a work permit. Work permits issued will be employer specific and will allow the candidate to work for BDO in the UK for five years. The firm's immigration lawyers will pursue a work permit application on the candidates behalf should they meet the criteria of every stage of our selection process.

Secondments

[Edit]

Many of BDO's clients are based abroad. As a consequence, there may be opportunities to travel during the graduate scheme. Upon graduation from the scheme, you will also have the opportunity to take a secondment to one of the firm's foreign offices.
