In the UK, AXA occupies positions in three main markets. These are life insurance, health insurance and general insurance. They are the second largest company in the Life and Health insurance (stock) market and the sixth largest company in Europe1.

AXA Insurance underwrites a broad range of personal and commercial products. Focusing on intermediated business, it is one of the leading insurers in the commercial sector. However, it's also making its presence felt in the corporate partner market too, supplying products to some of the UK's leading brands. AXA PPP healthcare provides healthcare cover for individuals and companies, funding for dental care, as well as health information, occupational health and employee assistance services.

AXA Sun Life sits within the UK life, pensions and investments industry. Their remit covers group and personal pensions, life assurance, as well as onshore and offshore investment bonds.

Axa also work in financial protection and wealth management, with major operations in Western Europe, North America and the Asia-Pacific area. They look after the interests of over fifty million customers worldwide and have over 110,000 employees and distributors in fifty countries.

For each programme you will be asked to complete an online graduate application form. This will consist of answering specific questions relating to your interest in the programme and previous experiences.

Once you have decided to apply for a particular programme and clicked on the apply button, then the questions will be displayed on the next screen, you are advised to prepare your answers prior to completing online as this will allow you to place concentration on each of your answers and save them should you experience any difficulties during the application process.

Make sure your answers are clear and concise. It may be best to start with an overview before going into detail.

Education & qualifications: Make sure you include everything relevant and provide full details of your academic record, including your grades. Any missing information here may delay your application being processed.

Attach your CV: You have the option of attaching your CV - but remember you'll still need to answer all the questions on the application form.

Other information: There are also some other general questions such as where you found out about this position and whether you have any holidays booked.

Once you're ready to submit your completed application form, click submit and wait for a response from AXA. The screening commences from November.

Hi, I have an invitation to take online SHL tests at AXA but I have there is hardly any info about the structure. Is it going to be numerical and verbal or others too? Thanks in advance
