Yes!! i sent an application for an internship off in October, out of all my applications i think this was my best and i have offers from other firms so i cant beleive i have not even had an email to say my application was received!
I have heard that you need to know someone in order to get in but i cant believe thats true for a large firm this day an age.

I've been waiting since Early November for a receipt email (or anything) to no avail! I applied to Pensions consulting.
How hard can it be to send out a simple "thankyou for applying" mail?! Funny enough my friend is in his first year of their pensions graduate scheme; so they must contact people.

I had an email the other day asking for my predicted grade!!! they didnt say anything else :s Maybe they are only starting to look at the applications now. any1 else been contacted?

Get back to people by February? It's almost half way through February!
I sent them an email to ask about the status of my application but haven't received a reply (and never will probably).

Hey Guys...i got a phone call today saying i had been invited to the first round interview in Farnbourgh next Wednesday 24th...anyone else got a call back? I applied for employee benefit...just wondering if anyone has any tips?

I'm assuming it will be competency based interview so revise the role and a little bit about the company!

they only got rejected last week? Aon are so slow at responding, there faq says they aim to reply within 2 weeks!
