Development and Training:

[Edit] The Training Programmes are designed to develop business skills and to facilitate your integration into their culture. You will attend an in-depth induction which will give you a greater understanding of the business and culture. In addition to this a mixture of developmental and bespoke courses are offered in-house, together with on-the-job learning that will equip you with the skills and experience you need to be successful.

Based in one of the different business Groups, you will follow a structured programme of 2 or 3 rotations around American Express.

Upon joining the organisation you will be provided with both a Graduate buddy and a mentor who will act as an independent advisor and confidant to advise you on your career and development.
