ICAP Graduate Programmes

 

We are a billion dollar company, with approximately 4,900 employees in 32 countries. We provide market-leading voice and electronic broking services to a huge variety of clients, including all the major investment and commercial banks. This means matching buyers and sellers in the wholesale markets for interest rates, credit, commodities, foreign exchange, equities, equity derivatives and shipping, in deals worth in excess of US$1.4trillion a day. This can be done over the phone and in person by specialist voice brokers, or by clients using our electronic networks directly. We also offer a range of post trade risk and information services, providing data and helping organisations reduce operational and systemic risk in their markets.

If you are still at university, our structured internships and placements allow you to experience our business and culture first hand as an active member of our team. While our industry insight programme for first year students provides a comprehensive overview of interdealer broking, as well as the opportunity to meet our people and start learning the ins and outs of our business.
