Our commitment to diversity
At Deutsche Bank, we’re committed to a ‘One Bank Culture’, not a ‘One Culture Bank’. This goes beyond age, gender, disability, religion, ethnic origin or sexual identity. For us, a diverse culture is not just desirable: it’s an essential part of the way we do business. By embracing people’s differences we are stronger, more adaptable and better placed to deliver for our clients. It gives us agility. It adds value. And it creates a shared sense of purpose that unites us all.
Our commitment to social responsibility
As an organization, we recognize that we are part of the societies we work in. The more stable our social environment, the better our chances for success. That’s why we work to make a difference to the communities that surround us. With a total investment of nearly € 100 million in 2010 – more than ever before – Deutsche Bank and its foundations were again among the world’s most active corporate citizens.
WHAT DO WE DO?
Our business is divided into Corporate & Investment Banking and Private Clients & Asset Management both of which are supported by our infrastructure functions.
Corporate &Investment Banking (CIB) handles our international capital markets business and our clients are both public and private, ranging from sovereign states to multi-national companies.
Private Clients & Asset Management (PCAM) oversees traditional banking and investment management for private and institutional clients and small to medium-sized businesses.
