Plamecent year after uni

hi everyone,

i wads just wondering whether it is possibile to get a placemernt year at a company one my degree has finished... i am about to begin my third year at nottingham university studying management and am on course for a solid 2:1, and achieved AAB in History, business and politics at A-level. however i have very little work experience and am looking into doing a placement once my time at uni has finished. Is this done alot? i am intersted in management consultency and maybe marketing or advertising. Any information would be much appreciated guys. thanks.
