British Gas/Centrica
Hi,
I have a phone interview at British Gas in 3 days for a customer advisor role.. I have been told it lasts 45 minutes. :(
Can anyone tell me what sort of questions they may ask??

So name a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer?
change your moral views?
adapt to a sitation?
When you have found a time where you could of done something better?
and what you did when you found out the faster/easier/more efficient way?
Lots of this like that , i had a job interview with British Gas a few weeks ago and got the job start in december
