I need your input on the below question as I am applying for a position in a FCMG organisation.making use of the so called STAR approach.
1. Please tell us about a time when you set a clear direction for a group of people and followed through to achieved excellent result.
2. Please give a brief example of a time when you had a difficult problem to solve. How did you go about solving it?
3. Please provide an example of when you put a plan in place and followed through to achieve a successful result?
