P&G test before interview

i need some example about P&G test plz Quickly

@basak: did they take interview before asking you for the OL test or sent you email with the link for the test straight after your application?

if they took the interview, pls tell me what kind of questions they are asking in general and what role did you apply for?

I had an interview for R&D and they actually gave me a list of the questions before the interview so I could prepare. But they were the standard competency questions:

Can you describe a time when you have led a group of people to achieve an excellent result?
Describe a time when you had a difficult problem to solve. How did you solve it?

etc.

I am applying for a position in R&D. They are looking for people who is about to get a PhD degree.

I sent my application and got an email to take the on-line assessment. I filled in the on line assesment. I am very surprised because this on-line assesment did not include digrammatical test... I think this is very strange and I guess it is beacause the on-line assesment probably depends on the position you apply for.

Has anyone taken this on-line assesment too?

If I pass to next level, will they send me the on-line diagrammatical test or would I have to sit the test on PG headquarters?

I got the call!

I can answer my question for the next applicants, they do not perform diagramatical and reasoning tests for PhD applicants.

I got 2 phone interviews and they told me that they will contact me to let me know if I have been selected or not in a few days/weeks... all fingers crossed!

has anyone been interviewed i have one coming up this week need help.

questions asked and prep that i should do etc.
