I had it a few weeks ago as well. did you progress to the next stage?

I progressed to the 2nd the interview stage. Have to go to Edinburgh on tuesday for a face to face interview. Don't really know what questions to expect apart from standard interview questions and motivations on joining the program and Heineken. What division are you going for? I'm going for corporate relations.

hey..ive got the second interview on wednesday. ive applied for HR. i think it would be a competency based interview. http://www.heineken.co.uk/Candidate_Interview_Information_v2.pdf have a look at that if you havent already come across it. it helps you with the competency questions they might ask...like what topics might come up. other than that, i guess standard questions would come up. goodluck...would really like an update after your interview. goodluck!

Congrats motivated! I also got through to the assessment centre :) (finance function, 21-22 June). From what I understand we'll be flying in the day before, anyone wanna meet up and hang out?

To sans633; I got an e-mail requesting to confirm attendance for the A/C, but then they also called because they had posted the wrong reply address and hadn't received my confirmation. So I guess either e-mail or phone! Sorry I can't be of much help :(

They called me first and sent me an e-mail afterwards. They called me with an unknown number, so it might have been them Sans633. I am actually attending the 21 & 22nd as well, they changed the date. So I am up for hanging out as well :)

No idea what to expect at the AC other than the brief description at the IGP website, perhaps the formal invitation will include some sort of activities listing? Haven't received it yet though so no idea really.

Has anyone else received their invitation and flight/hotel info? Any news yet, sans633?

cool! I'm scheduled for the 21st & 22nd as well, and wouldn't mind hanging out. No idea on the structure though, and haven't gotten any confirmation of the flight/hotel.

But are there 2 ACs on the 21 and 22? Because on their webpage it says 1 day AC so im not sure why they say 21-22 unless one day would be for briefing. I got a plane ticket to confirm but needed to change some things so still waiting for the final one.

Got my flight info this morning! I'm flying in @ 13:00, so will have the whole day for sightseeing. No hotel info yet though, do you guys think they'll set us all up at the same place? That would be pretty convenient!

P.S. I think there's only one AC on the 21st-22nd, I guess the activities might be spread out between the two days? I also think there will be a visit to the Heineken Experience museum and other stuff under "socialising" :P

The AC was a lot more fun than anticipated! The actual "assessment" parts were interesting and challenging, though nothing extreme (demanding but not too tough, to answer your question), and we spent a lot of time on and off the AC getting to know the other candidates, the assessors and other Heineken personnel. The team in charge of the IGP had set up a lot of fun events, and I think we all enjoyed the experience and making new acquaintances. I would definately recommend that you apply; regardless of the outcome, you'll get to spend an awesome couple of days hanging out with cool people and developing your interview skills.

HELLO!! Just wondering, for those who applied and got past the first couple of stages -- did you have masters? or just bachelors? THANK YOU!!!!!!

I was one of the few that made it to the final assessment stage, a never-to-forget experience. We all had at least a Master's degree, but that is not to say if you don't have a strong first degree you shouldn't apply. Apply and be ready to prove your worth along the way.

What field have you applied for?

I have applied for Finance and I will take the test tomorrow morning. Hope it'll be ok. how many questions were there? and was it numerical, verbal reasoning and pattern recognition? Cause in the e-mail I received it was mentioned that the test will take no more than 25 min, which is not much at all.

Hey! the test is pretty easy with questions being primarily on Logical reasoning. I dint have much practice of late and found it ok so dont think you guys should have much problem to be honest.

When have you completed the online test? I am still hoping to get a reply from them. Don't want to believe I haven't made the logic reasoning test well enough :P
