Santander's Accelerated Entry - Personal Banking Advisor role.

Dear All,

I have applied to Santander's Accelerated Entry - Personal Banking Advisor role and shortly will be having the phone interview. Can anyone who has gone through the phone interview advice me what they asked, basically the questions? Any tips in how to impress them and pass the interview will be much appreciated?

Tomi, did you have your interview coz I got an email around the same time that I have made it through to the interview but never got a date
