Yes, waiting to hear from RBS... meanwhile, had an AC with ICAP today, which went off well. They, however, seem to have another interview after this! :(

I completed my RBS telephone interview and recieved an email stating "It was nice speaking to me. RBS is still interested in my application but still unsure if they will process to the next stage. RBS will contact to let me know what the dission is in due time".
Has any1 received the same email? What is the usual follow-up email... a rejection? Please let me know your thought!

Nice thread what is the starting salary for this program?? I have an offer at RBS but I'm still waiting for the contract...what did you think of the AC ???
Hard compared to others?,I thought the HR peeps were way to nice!! heh heh

I got a telephone call on 1st April for my offer for the retail leadership program. I haven't got my contract yet, but assume that it'll take a while due to the bank hols. Have you got your contract yet?
Did they tell you anything about the week in Edinburgh?

I am also attending the asssessment centre on the 19th for GML. How are you travellinga dn what sort of preparations are you doing for the assessment centre, please do let me know in thata aspect? teh travel polciy regarding the £ 150 is really a limitation....

just prepare for the interview section of the day......
the group discussion:
be involved but not domineering...... demonstrate listening skills via an ability to interprete information from the other members quicly and succintly....
Fast track and able are all about how fast u can reason..... dont get bogged down with one question the next one might be easier.......(**)
Its an intense experience the AC but at the end its a fun day so make sure your relaxed and enjoy urself

Congratulations on the offer! Must be a relief to have a job in the bag! I've got an AC for GML in Edinburgh later this month and was wondering if you could give me a bit of an insight into what to expect? Were there a lot of people at the AC? Any general tips or advice?
