How much do Retail Banks pay?

Just out of interest, whats the starting salaries at Lloyds/RBS/HSBC/Barclays on the retail side?

lloyds is about 27k plus a 3k "golden handshake"

and what position is that? Their retail grad programme?

Cause I read that salaries in retail are more like 18-25k...
