So i'm doing the ICAP application and have the following questions

The global financial markets have changed quite significantly. What are the challenges that ICAP will face over the next twelve months? (250 words max)

Any ideas?

I'm wondering if you could help me, I'm going to make an application for ICAP and I was wondering how you got on with your's and if you had any bullet points regarding the above question.
