BARCLAY CUSTOMER ADVISOR ASSESSMENT: has any1 attended yet? and wat do i do with conference number?
they told me to research about barclay and will attach 2 file throgh email. i still not recieved my file yet. also i m bit confused about the conference number? what do i do with conference number? and when do i call them to enter conference number? should i wait for attachment file. my assessment is on next following 5 days :@ helpplz
I have been informed that i will have CUSTOMER ADVISOR ASSESSMENT on wednesday 10/11/10
Dose any one know about what will happen in this assessment .
they also want me to tell them why i choose barclays can any one help me with this question Please please please.!!!!!!

and for you adi just practice numeracy based questions they will ask you some questions like if a customer pays this this amount then whts the final balance this n that,just stay calm and find the reasons why do u want to be a part of barclays google all the questions like how to answer why i choose your company and you will get all the relevant answers.Let me know how it goes.Listen to the accessor and do not try to talk when he is speaking.

hello Leena we are in the same ship, i applied for customer service advisor role with barclays call center, I have not had any telephone interview at all i only got a call and an email asking me t come for an interview here in glasgow and its on the 11 of jan, pls can any1 help with wat to expect there, pls pls its urgent.

@ Leena tanks will surely let u know how i got on , but then is there any1 here to help as in what to expect at the interview, any role play/ group assessment anything at all.
@ Leena yeap i went there an d guy said its not really the main interview so he went on to ask me questions about my backgroud such as when ,what was my last job and description of what my role was, then he asked of previous job experience and educational background
Asked me to give an example of when i have provided an excellent customer service instead of escalating the call to the back office, he then went on to ask what type of job such as permanent or temporary, then he asked me what do I want to achieve or progress into with doing this job.
And lastly they are employing about 40 people and they have 90 applicants, so told they will give the feedback to my agency as to when the main interview will be I spent less than 15mins.
So i asked the guy what the role will be and he explained its going to be about other banks such as halifax,santander etc calling to find out about a customer query or any other issue.
ok...when i had a telephone interview they had asked me certain question m worried for the assessment..now...anyway finger cross for both of us..........
