Civil Service Fast Stream Graduate Application

I'm making an application to the Civil Service for Fast Stream.. as graduate jobs go it seems like quite a good place. Just wanted to see if anyone else had applied and if they were offered an interview.. Even though they take on a lot of graduates I've heard it's pretty competitive....?
I think its one in three applicants get an interview for the Civil Service graduate job / scheme. It is tough, and the recruitment process is very hard. You have to really want it to get in!
