NGDP scheme

I got an email last week saying that I had a phone interview. Apparently its a competency based interview, but I can't find the list of required competencies on the website. Can anyone enlighten me?

From what I have read, seems that it's difficult to prepare for this interview since most people dont know what competencies are tested...

but i would guess that most likely the usual competencies.
