Telephone interview advice

hey everyone, i have a telephone interview for BT coming up and iv never really done anything like it before so i was hoping for a bit of advice, im basically ready now theres just a couple things im not sure about like would the interviewer have a copy of my cv there? and if they ask a question that iv already answered on it should i just repeat it to them or should i reference it or what?

key is to stay cool and calm, know your CV inside out. I had a phone interview recently and it lasted 30 mins, but I think they are less stressful than normal interviews
