hey everyone. i havent been keeping up to date with recent legal reforms. could someone give a list of some that have affected the legal industry - i suppose the legal services act - n a few brief details

Hi Dan,
Please specify what legal reforms you are reffering to! In the legal aid world, there has been a major shift ie. higher means of justice tests leading to less legal aid available. In the commercial world, especially banking, there are changes to the bonuses..

legal aid reforms, banking act, crimnial compensation reforms, police powers changes, the list is endless
could someone also help me any events/issues that have impacted the legal industry in the last five years?
so far i've been thinking of the economic impacts that have necessitated in cuts to legal aid
any ideas?
