(Internship) RBS Vs IBM

Dear all,
I have got internship offer from both IBM and RBS for technology role.
I am from IT background.
I would appreciate if anyone could help me in comparing both internship interms of 1. Career growth 2. Conversion rate to graduate role and 3. Pay

All three aspects - IBM thumbs up. Looking at current situation and future prospects of both the companies IBM is definitely the best go.
Think about whether you like to work in Financial Services or Services industry.
Also none of the companies follow a conversion poilcy (internship to graduate position) as such but if you exceptionally talented they will make a way for you. But trends of conversion tend to be more visible in services industry, so IBM may be the one having edge.
