FDM - Application support role

I was wondering if i could get some feedback from anyone who has been through the FDM application support programme for the 2 years?

What was the training like? What was it like working for them for 2 years and what opportunities have you had after the 2 years and what sort of salary are you earning after the 2 years of experience?
