OMG, I have prepared on few questions posted on some threads. But, Honestly, I searched internet and left no stones unturned.

I don't seem to find a bit more information about the questions or the scheme..

Where are you based, UK?! It's 08:20 in the morning. They open by 09 or probably by 10.

I have told them to ring me anytime! (how stupid I was, lol) I thought as it is just an informal chat, let them decide their better time to call me. Well, job searching is my job right now. So sitting with my phone is not bane to me.:)

So me thinks, if you got the mail from the same person, probably they will align the timing approximately in the afternoon.

I dunno how many of us are there and how many has opted in for today's date.

I will let you know ASAP if I get first!

she just asked me why Aviva n why IT? she also collected info on what I have been doing since I left school n all my result details. she said they will get back to me in a month's time.. that was just it. Good Luck maan but bear in mind that urs might be diff

My first telephone int. .. She said its not an interview.. But i can feel it is.. She added a lot of notes to my application..

I had a lot stutter over the phone.. I just feel stupid now..

I have been through telephone interview as well and been informed they will get back to me after new year .. the lady I spoke to said she is going to pass on my details to the higher-ups or some business dept (did not know what it meant) .. anyone heard from them yet after telephone interview ?

@Q123 hey sorry for the delay ok I am just going to give you a detailed structure of the assessment:

On Monday we had the dinner were we met some of the managers the rest of the applicants and 2 other graduates from last year. The dinner was good and very relaxed it helped a lot I think especially when it came to group discussions

On Tuesday: We were divided into groups of 2: 5 and 5 in each and in my group it was presentation fisrt (inidividual) we had an hour to prepare and we were given a topic and had an hour to prepare then present it to the 2 managers it should last up to 10mins. Mine was less because I was speaking too fast so remember to breath lol. Then after they asked me questions for 5 mins.

Activity 2 was a group discussion, my group got along very well and there was no shouting or idea bashing. We had to come up with 5 events from the last 500 years individually then share we everyone , then discuss and ultimately just choose 5 and present them back to the managers. The room had over 6 senior people and they were observing us. We were in the middle of the room so it was nerve wrecking kind of then. They left for 5 mins and came back after and asked us to present to them the 5 we had selected basically. Everyone spoke and contibuted.

Lastly it was the interviews: I had one manager from IT and an HR lady: they asked me 4 questions: 1 on innovation leadership team work and communication I think. Before you answered they read to you the competences they were expecting so it gave you time to prepared in your head. After you answered they may ask you to elaborate on some parts. 45 mins total for the interview. After you can ask them any questions if you have some.

Overall it was a good assessment mostly because everyone is friendly and we had met the day before, even the assessors were very nice. We started at 9 and by 3 we were done.

when is yours?? Relax you will be fine the key is to communicate well with everyone.
