Entry Requirements- UCAS Points

Hi, silly question really but one i haven't considered until now. When companies state their requirements and UCAS points, particularly IBs, is this a combined total of UCAS points?

For an example a bank asks for 320 UCAS points. Do they accept either of these options:

A- Level: CCC, AS Level- C and something different like Extended Project- C which equals = 320 UCAS points

Or do they require:

3 A Levels which amount to 320 UCAS points such as : A Levels -AAB for example.
