I applied at the start of october and had my first round yesterday. Just received an email asking me to go for the 2nd round on Friday.

The first interview is mainly competency based. Make sure you do your background research on the company and know enough to answer questions.

It lasts around 30 minutes and they may ask you to talk at length about different topics.

I applied for GTO - technology area and they didn't ask much about my technical expertise.

I just did the numerical test and think I only answered about 15 qs right. Would that be a problem? How did the rest of you fare on the numerical test...I'm getting kind of worried that I screwed it up.

@ Final rounds, each candidate has to do a paper-based version of the numerical test. Is it SHL? Is it a lot harder than the online one?

right the best advise you can get is do your research: know DB, know finance/accounting (keep up to date with current affairs avoid the obvious bankers bonuses, focus on Basel 2, IFRS9, SOX) know what the finace department does, understand the current environment have an opinion on the environment (keep up to date with current affairs avoid the obvious bankers bonuses, focus on Basel 2, IFRS9, SOX) read the ft. Importantly know yourslef, experiences be broad vary them use work examples current examples The final numerical is a bitch so practice practice practice.
