tommy_86 - I have the same problem..... i can only search for the vacancy, and cant even apply! the whole system is very slow and after a few minutes, it gives me an error and cant do anything...... been trying all week.... same thing happens all the time!

Thanks IBD_Haunter - It's infuriated me. I spent all of last night and this morning. Tried to get in touch with Grad Recruitment, the guy said you need to email the accessibility email which I have done and still no response. EVen sent them a screen shot of their rubbish system. The system they used last year was perfect - why do they feel they need to change it? :@ To a system that doesn't work!!!!! :@

That's shocking... have you submitted your application? The site is running extremely slow with continous error pages.

Thats right, when I try to sign in some error pages are coming up, but after couple of times it worked. However, the site is running very slowly indeed.

It works for a little bit, I can see the current jobs they have, but as soon as I click advanced search and choose a region to apply to, tihis is what comes up. Did yours submit through successfully?

Has anyone submitted it. I uploaded my CV and it's extracted the incorrect information! So where my degree was Computing, it extracted Security instead!!!!! And it's not possible to modify.

What date did you submit yours? Did they email you about this or you just saw it when you checked online?

Previously when I've applied they've never bothered to email to say I was invited to a test.

They emailed me with a link and account details to log onto the konexa website and give the numerical and verbal tests.....

You applied to the IBD section? How long did it take after submission of your application before they responded? My friend applied a month ago and got nothing so far except to say "In progress."

They sent me an email asking for cover letter, which I have uploaded during the application. Did anyone get the same email? This is so weird.....

has anyone had problems on the app when trying to put thier work experience in it just states certain companies and doesnt let me input the company name in the 'other' option. I dont know whether to just leave it and submit the app as its the same info on my cv anyway. any ideas???

its amazing how much money this company make and they got a pathetic online system. Really does show they don't stand by their quality statement. Maybe its a test to see who are willing to speand alot of time and effort for a chance.

I felt the same hero. Its incridible! And the best thing is I recevied an error after my numerical so my application is not complete and HR does not respond!

I think the best is Goldman, just straight forward no retarded questions and you dont have spend hours filling out crap forms!!

Did anyone apply for more than one roles (CS allows us to apply to a max. of three roles). I am applying to two and now at the stage of writing a cover letter/letters. I'm applying to Technology (both non-technical and technical). Should I write one or two cover letters (as some parts of the cover letters would be quite similar)?

I have got the same problem, if I apply for more than one position can I only write one cover letter which than would obviously have to explain why I am suitable fo both or can I upload diiferent cover letters for both divisions?

I ended up applying for tech and operations which are quite different I guess, so I wrote two letters.

ok thanks! ill do that too i guess. did you mention in each of your letters that you have applied for the other position as well? or did you just do 2 completely separate letters?

nope. When you uploaded your letters/attachment you're required to indicate which application/s they're relevant to. Hope this helps!

Anyone had any problems with the applications? I pressed submit and did not close the browser, but I didnt come the the numerical and verbal test, like it said so. Just mail HR but they are not responding. They say you have to sit the test just after submitting, but that is impossible if the test dosent show.

almost 2 weeks even 3 weeks i am waiting for a reply from HR because their link for the tests didnt work properly. I did take the verbal test but the numerical test didnt follow as the page went straight to the career page. I dont know what to do.

At first when I submitted my application for IBD I didn't even get a link to the online test, but couple days ago I got an e-mail from HR stating that I haven't taken a test and forwarded the link to me. Finished couple days ago, just wondering how long it takes to normally hear back regarding an interview (after the deadline)?

went to their presentaition at uni and asked the HR lady when I will hear back. She noted down my details and never got back to me lol...

I had the numerical hours ago, and after that, the window closed all of a sudden, without verbal pops out. would that be a tech problem?

I donno what to make of it. CS systems are really really annoying in how little they tell you. I have made 3 applications. Two say "we will be contacting you shortly" while one just says "In Progress". Now I don't even know what "In Progress" means. Anyone care to shed some light? Also, has anyone doing IBD Operations or Front Office heard back? I sent my application off ages ago, and the test too.

bro for me they have asked me to do the tests 2 times...because of tech prob;s they have been having..and yesterday i received another email asking me to do the tests...lol

I fired off an email to the IT guy, saying how many times will u make me do this...so freakin annoying

I took the test twice as well ... still waiting for their response
