Hi Michael

I presume you had your AC at Citi by now. I have mine coming up on 18th. It is my first AC and I am pretty nervous. Could you please give me more details about the AC like what was the case study and presentation about, group exercise etc

I have very less time to prepare for each of them. I'm not interviewing for Citi, I was just browsing trying to find information about assessment centers for a technology role... Isn't that the whole point of these kind of forums... Hi Abigail 88, Sorry to bother you I imagine your getting tired of been asked this question but first of all congrats on the offer, I have an AC for operations summer analyst on 8th March, would you please be able to offer me some guidance on what to expect? Im quite nervous as I don't have a financial background and I only found about about the AC today!

Kevla_v do you have any idea about the structure of the AC or how many candidates attend... its seems your AC is the day before mine for the same role so maybe they are doing a few?

Hey people

Considering everyone is having to PM things why don't I just say what went on in the AC?

You're given a case study and have to write an individual report and make up an individual presentation.

There will be a number of interviews, I had 3. You and all the other candidates will rotate round and in addition to the interviews, you'll do the presentation. Mine was one on one - ie just like an interview but instead you talk about the case study.

Later I had a group assignment where they look to see how you perform in a group.
