Barclays Interview. Collectors role

Hello all, i am new to the site. I have an interview which involves a face to face interview and a role play. I passed the phone interview for a Collectors role. Please could someone who has had an interview in the past, please help me with the type of questions that are asked and what the role play involves. Pleaes could you also tell me what type of questions are on the numerical assessment?? thanks in advance... Jack
