started with why u want to join prudential momentum, why do you think u r fit
a time when u face an obstacle
a time when u brought about a change to an existing process
a time when you had to make an unpopular decision and how did you convince your team
3 strengths and 3 weaknesses

They also also asked what you understand about the programme
What has been a major challenge or set back you have encountered
your weaknesses
your strenghts
your current company's strategy

HI Nexus, they told me over the phone staright away that I would be put through to the next stage. However I did not recieve any information until 2 weeks later. I believe that they are running assessments across a few months. I hope this helps

Hi, for the people who applied to the prudential momentum and got an interview:

Is it mandatory to have an MBA and/or substantial work experience to apply? I found this opportunity on my University career website and it says that the degree requirement is an MBA.

I have 2 years of internships in the financial services and a Master's degree from a top UK university but I feel that this program is aimed towards people with more work experience. Am I right?

ihavent back from them, was thinking of writing to the HR as now its been more than 3 weeks. i know of some ppl whoes tel interview was after mine and have got a rejection, just anxious now.

Regarding the other question about experience, as I understand the requirements for mometum are 3 to 5 years of experience

When will they inform us of our assesment centre date and venue.
I passed the telephone interview stage, and is invited to the next round.
still waiting for the assesment centre details.

Cheers! Typical competency qs, so...
-why u chose that particular stream, e.g. finance
- what attracted u to the momentum programme,
-time wen u changed a process
-obstacle you faced
-3 strengths & 3 weaknesses
-time when you had to convince someone or group to do something

Thats what i can remember, not much more than that. Dont forget to have questions ready to ask the interviewer obviously, sound enthusiastic and ull be fine!
