Impossible Situation!

Hi all,

I am just about to start my third year on a Business degree and really want to start applying for grad jobs asap. I have been looking around at mainly management type jobs but I'm immediately concerned. I have a 4yr old and a 2yr old so need a job where I can stay local but so far all the grad schemes I've looked at need geographical flexibiliy. Does anyone know of any schemes where you can stay local. I am based in Birmingham anyway so it's not like I am in the middle of nowhere.
