Flat hunt

My mate lives for ?100 a month just off Brick Lane. It's commercial space that's not supposed to be used for residential stuff, so it's cheap and there's no council tax. I think if you find a suitably dodgy landlord you'll be in good hands. Or go look up 'warehouse conversion' on gumtree. They're always top, although a little low on natural light and insulation.

100 a month?

I think I meant ?100 a week. She's a fashion designer so they don't make much money when they start out, so this is pretty good going.
