Are these tests selecting or missing

Please note offence in intended here for anyone .These points only to think. If some of the great scientist of our era were given these tests how well they would have performed .Faraday, Edison, Tesla, Rutherford and list goes on .Could these tests sort out real candidate successfully .If a candidate is average but maybe he is expert in some other way which can cause million £ profit .This is the reason some of the very good companies have very good tailored program for grooming .But question is did they miss someone.
