What difference do you think you will make to this programme?

Does anyone have any idea how to answer this question. I mean, it's not likely that as a graduate I am going to make a big difference to an international company?
I was thinking that this question basically meant what will you bring to this role/what are your strengths?

Does anyone have an opinion on this?
