How do i ger UCAS points ?

A = 120 POINTS
B = 100 POINTS
C = 80 POINTS
D = 60 POINTS
E = 40 POINTS

That's for UK A-levels. For international students you have a different name. I would try searching on Google.

You can try the NARIC website

Or just call up the HR helpline for the firm you are applying to they should be able to help in working out points

Essentially, a Masters is a pass or fail because students have already achieved a level of specialist knowledge to get on to the course in the first place. There is no UCAS equivalent, as masters courses are quite varied.

As I understand, in the UK, academic achievement is measured according to NVQ standards. NVQ Level 6 is equivalent to an undergraduate degree and NVQ Level 7 is for a postgraduate degree.
