Deloitte Assessment for Laterals

Greetings!

I have around 5 years of experience in consulting and was interviewed last week for the role of senior consultant - Technology consultant at Deloitte.
Both, my 10 minute telephonic interview and also an hour long interview with the Manager went fine.

The manager mentioned that i would get the feedback by the week, but I m yet to hear from them. It has been just 3 days so I think they may get back to me next week.

I read most of the articles on his portal, but saw that majority of the posts were related to Graduate openings.
Can someone please let me knnow what is the process of experienced hires? Is assessment day conducted for experienced people?

I would be grateful in case someone can provide some information.
